Who we are
KPA is a specialist boutique advisory firm focused on healthcare development across ASEAN. Our team comprises seasoned industry experts with deep domain knowledge and strong local networks, many of whom bring leadership experience from multinational corporations, hospitals, and healthcare projects across Southeast Asia.
We specialise in developing and executing complex healthcare ventures—bringing together commercial, financial, and technical planning with practical, in-market insights. Our expertise spans hospitals, oncology centres, diagnostic imaging, and radiopharmaceutical facilities, including several first-of-their-kind initiatives in the region.
Our experience covers diverse ASEAN markets including Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Cambodia, Thailand, and Singapore. Project highlights include:
Launch of Singapore-based cancer ventures in Indonesia and Vietnam
Development planning for oncology and radiology wings in major Indonesian hospitals
The first independent radiopharmaceutical production facility in the Philippines
The first cyclotron facility in Cambodia
“Fee-per-procedure” commercial models for Cathlabs in Indonesia
Community-based affordable primary care network strategy in the Philippines
Multiple diagnostic imaging centres rolled out across ASEAN
We are not as traditional consultants but as development partners, actively involved as part of your team in creating advanced healthcare facilities (we do not write reports, we develop, structure, provide solutions and enable projects).
